what is a half-life?
the elimination half-life is how long it takes for your blood levels to drop by half after peaking. shorter half-lives (like sublingual) mean faster peaks and crashes — more "roller coaster." longer half-lives (like IM injections) give smoother, more stable levels.
⚠ keep in mind
this shows a single dose in isolation. with repeated dosing, levels accumulate and stabilize higher — use the level simulator to see that. also: same mg dose ≠ same blood levels across routes due to different bioavailability.
